Our Story

Built by Investors, for Investors

ATX Property Partners was founded in 2018 by Marcus Rivera and Sarah Chen — two Austin property owners who got burned by poor management companies. We know what it feels like to have maintenance ignored, tenants not screened properly, and reports that don't add up.

So we built the company we wished existed. Local. Transparent. Investor-focused. Six years later, we manage over 300 units across the Austin metro and have a reputation we genuinely earned.

We're TREC licensed, fully insured, and members of the Austin Board of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
