Sending Domain

Configure your custom sending domain to enable cold email outreach. Your domain must be verified before emails can be sent.

Domain Configuration

Verified

Enter the subdomain you want to send from. Example: mail.yourdomain.com or outreach.yourdomain.com

DNS Verification

Add the following TXT record to your DNS settings to verify ownership of polsia.app.

Value / Content v=spf1 include:_spf.polsia.app ~all
Type TXT
Host / Name polsia._domainkey
Value / Content k=rsa; p=(POLSIA_DKIM_PUBLIC_KEY not set — contact Polsia support)

DNS changes may take 5 minutes to 48 hours to propagate depending on your DNS provider.

Awaiting domain verification

Once your domain is verified, all 5 batches will automatically begin sending — no further action needed.

Why verify a domain?

  • Improves email deliverability & inbox placement
  • Prevents emails from being marked as spam
  • Authenticates your sender identity

How to add DNS records

  1. Log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)
  2. Navigate to DNS settings for polsia.app
  3. Add the TXT records shown above
  4. Click "Check Verification Status" — Polsia will confirm once propagated
